Active Shooter Planning & Consulting
When an active shooter begins his attack, it is imperative that the initial police responders immediately pursue and establish contact with the shooter. The sooner the shooter can be contained, captured or neutralized, the fewer the casualties incurred. During the pursuit, police officers will move through unsecured areas, and bypass dead, wounded and panicked citizens while approaching the perpetrator(s). It is important for law enforcement personnel to survive the encounter to end a massacre, rather than become additional victims.
Anthem Professional Services, Inc will provide emergency responders with on site training tactics for rapid deployment. Anthem will also provide active shooter training along with real scenario based events to faculty and students to prepare them if a violent threat does occur.
CARE UNDER FIRE
Based on numerous operational experiences in theater, Diplomatic Protection Training Institute developed the “Care Under Fire (CUF)” course in order to educate medical trauma to teams, students, staff and employees in a combat or hostile environments. Using Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) as a foundation for the program, They focused the course structure on care under fire for fast paced uncertain and ever changing situations. Our developers can sculpt and shape CUF to accommodate various environments, equipment type and standard operating procedures.
•Course development specific to the high threat and low signature environment focused on emergency medicine relevant to mission and capabilities.
•CUF consists of classroom presentations combined with hands on training using moulage and simulated demolition creating a realistic scenario in a high threat environment.
This is a mobile course that can be taught at a facility of your choosing. Tailoring of this course is recommended to better enable students to use equipment that is issued to them.
This course is conducted in English or Spanish.
Workplace Violence Consulting
Workplace violence is violence or the threat of violence against workers. It can occur at or outside the workplace and can range from threats and verbal abuse to physical assaults and homicide, one of the leading causes of job-related
deaths. However it manifests itself, workplace violence is a growing concern for employers and employees nationwide.
No organization can assume that it will not be affected by a wide range of threats and violent acts that fall within the definition of "workplace violence". Your organization has a responsibility, legally and ethically, to protect your employees and others who interact with your business. Anthem Professional Services, Inc. can provide resources to conduct a threat assessment and develop an Incident Management Team within your organization to mitigate consequences if a violent act arises.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics recently published fact sheet, workplace shootings account for roughly 10% of all work-related deaths per annum in the United States. While this number may seem shockingly high, it is nonetheless accurate: "Over the past 5 years, 2004-08, an average of 564 work-related homicides occurred each year in the United States. In 2008, a total of 526 workplace homicides occurred, or 10 percent of all fatal work injuries." - U.S. Dept. of Labor: Bureau of Labor Statistics, Workplace Violence Fact Sheet, July 2010.

In addition, opportunities where costs can be reduced or where security operations can be made more efficient are identified.

Anthem's PM Team will assist planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. A project is a temporary endeavor with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained, and often constrained by funding or deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value. The temporary nature of projects stands in contrast with business as usual (or operations), which are repetitive, permanent, or semi-permanent functional activities to produce products or services. In practice, the management of these two systems is often quite different, and as such requires the development of distinct technical skills and management strategies.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals
