Mr. Kavalecz brings over 20 years of training, technology and operational experience to Anthem Professional Services Inc. Mr. Kavalecz started his training career in 1995 as an OPOTA (Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy) instructor. He is certified to teach defensive tactics/subject control, Impact Weapons, Physical Fitness and lecture in Use of Force to Peace Officers, Corrections and Private Security professionals through OPOTC and the Attorney General's Office. Michael is also a graduate of the ASIS Executive Protection Program and has ran protection details for corporate organizations. Mr. Kavalecz has completed the Intelligence Liaison Officer Program through the Department of Homeland Security and is experience with Homeland Security and Ohio Department of Public Safety protocols.
Mr. Kavalecz also has over 18 years experience in the technology field. Serving many roles in management and application/solution consulting with fortune 100 technology firms. He is well versed in telecommunication applications as well as automated security offerings ranging from CCTV, Intrusion and Access Control applications.
Michael streamlines Anthem's operations and keeps them on the "cutting edge" of technology for their training, compliance and TSS (Tactical Site Survey) offerings.

Jack is a 38 year veteran of the Law Enforcement Community serviving with the Cleveland Police Department. Jack is also a Veteran of the United States Army.
While with Cleveland Jack worked in basic Patrol, Strike Force, Community Response, and as a Police Academy Instructor.

Mr. Ritondaro, has been in federal service since 2004 working in surveillance, counter surveillance, and psychological in supervisory capacities. Since 2006, Chris has been with a federal security contract providing force protection, law enforcement, and armed protective services to a vast cadre of specialties within the DoD. Chris received certifications from OPOTC graduation in 2003 and law enforcement curriculum education in 2000.
Chris's certifications and training consist of OPOTA, Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy graduation (CALEA Accreditation),
Active Shooter Response and Elimination, Executive Protection, FEMA Certifications, Police Intelligence, Anti- Piracy Operations,
